Research activities of Dr. Shaijumon are focused in the area of hybrid nanostructures and their energy related applications. He works on rechargeable batteries including Lithium, Sodium and Potassium ion batteries. Hybrid Ion capacitor is another area being actively explored in the group. He has been working in the development of efficient electrocatalysts for hydrogen evolution and oxygen evolution reactions. He has expertise in the area of layered 2 dimentsional nanomaterials.
